    I am feeling the sarcasm, but I have no idea what Milk Duds is... please explain. And thumbs up to what?

      Milk Duds are little balls of caramel (about 1 cm in diameter) covered with milk chocolate. Every American has pulled off a crown with them at least once.

      Milk Duds is a box candy that has been at the refreshment counters in every theater I've been in since the 1950's.
