nice setup, very modest budget
There are Pioneer Andrew Jones speakers and Polk for about $100 the pair, too.
A specific budget would be nice.

Those are "medium" front channels. I would get the polk Sub ($129) for now, then add surround with a less expensive pair of Polks ($75 the pair) or go with the Dayton/Parts express pair ($35 the pair)
Either pair of surrounds should work well. The Polks make sense if you want to keep everything Polk. The Pioneer Andrew Jones speakers would work well as surrounds too. The frequency response of the surrounds is the least critical part of a 5.1 system.
