I am an extreme novice at streaming, so want to make sure before proceeding with my next step for my music/HT room. We recently got Disney+ at home. It's great! I'm getting a new PJ today (25th year present from work), and want to be sure I can use Disney+ in this room also thru the HT system. I have an old Arcam AVR300 receiver that I would prefer not to have to replace at this time. Here's what I'm thinking. Stream Disney+ from my cell to this blue ray player: HDMI out from the player (thru a switch so I can also use a cable box, but that's hopefully fine and irrelevant) to the PJ (Epson 880) Digital out from the player to the receiver for audio. Possible? Kinks? |

Why not get a streaming device (e.g., Roku)? |
